S4C is MOVING TO THE GARRICK/EDGE SKATEPARK!!!

Due to unforseen circumstances IE: The forecasted torrential downpour/thunderstorm & the fact that due to uncertainty of the weather we couldn't guarantee a sunny day tomorrow, the company supplying our sound system for the Skatepark had to pull out of the event. SO...

SATURDAY'S SKATE4CANCER EVENT IS BEING MOVED INDOORS. The music portion will take place at the GARRICK THEATRE (330 Garry)and the Skateboard contest will take place at THE EDGE SKATEPARK (125 Pacific Avenue).

The bands will start at noon and run till about 8:30/9pm.

The Skate Contest will start at 2pm and go for a few hours.

NOw I know this is not ideal, but we figured this was better than canceling and we're still hoping everyone comes out to have a great time and support Skate4Cancer.

PLEASE PASS THE WORD ON as this is super last minute, we need to get the owrd of mouth as far as we can as fast as we can! thanks

THIS SATURDAY!!!

This Saturday, MAY 29th, the fun starts at NOON at the Forks Plaza Skate Park! The bands start right at NOON and the Skate Contest starts at 2pm! We've got all kinds of prizes to give away as well as medals for the Skate Contest winners!

Doors open for The Afterparty at 9pm at the Pyramid! Its 18+ and tickets are on sale now at Into the Music, Music Trader, SK8 & TUB! There will be Tickets at the door as well!

Also we will be having a Silent auction including all kinds of swag from our sponsors (SK8, Mixtape, TUB, Element, Circa, Lrg, Flip & ES), 2 Blackberry Curves, a Skateboard autographed by members of Green Day, Billy Talent, Alexisonfire & Cancer Bats, as well as Custom Painted Decks by Dan Smith, Adam Foreman & Nate Fierro of High Voltage Tattoo & the LA INK tv show.
